Oriashi River Development and Port Facility
- This includes the dredging of the Oguta Lake / Oriashi River channel to the Atlantic Ocean.
- The Oriashi River Development Project, when completed, will have sufficient depth to berth small to medium size vessels, and provide an evacuation corridor for processed gas and other related products processed and/or produced within the Oil & Gas Free Trade Zone.
- This will also include port facilities, establishment of shipyard for vessel construction and maintenance, amongst others.

Petrochemical Plants and Oil Refinery
- The petrochemical plant will use gas as a feedstock to produce fertilizers and other related products.
- A large refinery of up to 100,000bpd will also be located in the Free Trade Zone, which is capable of producing refined petroleum products such as AGO,
aviation fuel, and PMS, amongst others.

Mini LNG Plant

- The mini-LNG facility is to ensure a quicker construction period and ensure distribution of gas to customers outside of the existing pipeline network.

380MW Egbema Power Plant
- The 380MW plant, is located in Egbema, Imo State, and adopts open-cycle gas turbines to generate power to provide energy for the industries to be located in the Oriashi zone as well as to other maximum demand users such as hospitals, tertiary educational institutions, amongst others.
- The power plant is also expected to meet the needs of local power consumption in the surrounding areas as well as improve the overall electricity sector infrastructure in Imo State.

Methanol Plant
